Futsu-shu
Fungi and pepperpot refers to the national dish of the Caribbean island of Antigua. It is a thick vegetable stew with salted meat which is served with Antiguans’ famous fungi (pronounced as "foon-ji"), which is a cooked cornmeal paste that is similar to Polenta pasta of Italy.
