Daizu
Daing refers to a Filipino word which usually means dried fish. However, daing can also be prepared by soaking cleaned fish in a sauce mixture of vinegar, pepper, salt and garlic, like the Daing the Bangus which is famous in one of the provinces of the Philippines - Dagupan, Pangasinan which are not sun-dried but sold in markets and supermarkest still with the vinegar sauce with it in containers.
